Career Journey & Expertise

Parag began his career in Sheet Metal Stamping Tooling and Components as a Business Development professional. Over time, he transitioned into sales and business development for standard parts used in press tools, plastic molds, and automation products. This experience, combined with his early exposure to tooling, helped him gain profound industry knowledge, paving the way for his entry into the Engineering Services Industry.

Since then, Parag has been actively involved in the Engineering and IT Services sector, progressively working in various leadership roles across business development, operations, and project management.

Key Achievements & Contributions

• Offshore Delivery Center Development
  Parag successfully took on the challenge of establishing and managing an offshore delivery center for an Indo-German joint venture in Pune. He played a pivotal role in setting up operations, growing the team, and ensuring its success. Notably, he led the development of a 25-member offshore Managed Services Team to support a prestigious truck cab development program for an Indian Auto OEM.

• Turnkey Project Management
  His expertise extends to handling turnkey projects as a Project Head in Framing Tooling and Automation for Metro Cars for a French Transportation OEM in India. Under his leadership, two large-scale projects were successfully executed and are now in production.

• Business Development & Sales Success
  Throughout his career, Parag has managed Business Development & Sales for a customer base of 350 companies, including leading OEMs such as:

  • Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto, Force Motors, Skoda Auto, Volkswagen, Bharat Forge, Godrej & Boyce, Fiat India, Mahindra & Mahindra, LG, ALSTOM, Maxion, Wheels India, Schneider, and Tyco.
  • He has successfully handled sales of up to 600 million INR, including international clients from Europe.
